Their solution is for me to take the computer apart and tighten up a “new” system. I’m not a tech Now they are saying if I return the system they will keep my money. They are scamming trying to strong arm buyers by lying to eBay when they get the product back. We have already confirmed that this person connected the system incorrectly, and he refused to try even the most basic troubleshooting steps to correct this mistakes. As a result, his refund was rejected - and he is simply using the feedback platform to retaliate (which is not how this area is supposed to be used). You have been added to our Blocked Buyers list.
