I accidently chose an old ship to address on my account that I should have deleted and when the item got lost with the shipper (due to my error) this seller assured me that he would do everything in his power to get my package to me. He contacted the shipper and communicated with me several times a day until I eventually got my package which was exactly as described, a great value and in perfect condition.
