All I received was a label in a plastic baggy from the post office. The seller and I tracked the ordeal and the post office made updates of the delays and damage along the way. The seller was apologetic and kind and refunded my money. I am bummed about not getting my hoodie of course but hopefully I’ll find another one. I feel like I got a tremendous amount of value buy the pre-owned down jacket for $25 compared to $200 new. Shipping was fast and I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.
