Note: they are not as loud as i hoped but that may be a good thing for my own good.

Others were correct that they do not work with the JBL app. A little bummed that the loudest they go is as loud as you can turn the volume up on your phone, but this is likely to protect your eardrums in the long run. Overall super happy with ease of use, battery life, and sound quality.

The phones are basically mono phones meaning no stereo separation at all. Buyer beware. The functionality of the buttons and form factor is there but it's not dazzling sound at all. They come packaged very well, like new, but the sound is not great, just ok for yard work at best. The microphone is great for calls ironically. Can't beat the price, hence the positive status for this review. Would not purchase agn

This is marvellous customer support, A++++++++ love you guys, i've been using JBL products since 2015, you are the best.
