The seller even went out of their way to impress me by wrapping my pen in matching blue tissue paper and a metalic blue smiley sticker that was nearly idenitcal in color to the pen. Someone willing to put that much detail into shipping a product is someone that will ensure good customer service. I certainly expect to visit Streetfair again if I am in the market for a writing instrument.
