The OEM backup camera is much better and works perfect. It comes on when I shift into reverse even before the Sync3 is finished booting up, which only takes 5 to 10 seconds. My iPhone 13 easily connects. The car play works good. The seller maintained contact with me through the whole process and insured I had it installed correctly and everything was working properly. An honest seller!

They responded to message through Ebay. Issues with remote connection were on my end due to LTE and mobile hotspot signals strength. Technician remoted in and fixed my main issue. Asked about others. They gave me follow-on instructions that worked and all my issues are resolved. Overall, deserve a positive rating for an excellent product and great follow-on service. I would highly recommend this seller and this product.

I asked them to send me the item advertised with a return label. They're telling me that using the wrong item would work without a problem. Don't use the second plug wire. I have now learned that they have a return office in the City of Industry, CA. The seller has a stubborn communication problem. This seller is bad news for me.
