    So eBay or the parcel delivery service did not send a barcode so I could not collect my package. I informed this seller and they sent me a new one out before my parcel had been returned as I writing this it is still at the parcel collection place. So 10 out of 10 for customer service and the product is good value and has done what it said it was going to do. Took me few minutes to fit and as good as I expected. I am a very happy customer

    Received the tune box it was well packed very quickly posted out. Item was as described been out in the van today and the tune box worked really well. definitely noticed the difference in power. I looked at a lot of other tune boxes and this was by far the cheapest one and I’m really pleased with the outcome. What a fantastic product would really highly recommend.     Good communication but good job I asked the question on if it fitted my ford focus as the listing says it did? but it didn't as mine has a map sensor and not a Maff senser and was like I was getting questioned like I didn't know my own car ☹️ after many photos and explaining myself it didn't fit my car so there tech department doesn't know everything so I had to get a refund good job it didn't get sent out so make sure 100% it fits you car before ordering
