I provided a video showing that the bulb wouldn’t come on, as well as three photos to show the seller that my existing bulb was obviously used, and that I wouldn’t attempt to pull the old "switcheroo." His response? A partial refund offer of $5.00. You can’t make this stuff up. It’s as if he’s running a casino. I can’t waste anymore time on this. I have no idea what you did after you opened it. You sent me a YouTube video. No video from you. I have no refunds listed on my page. I tried to meet you halfway since you stated, “ If you don’t want it back, I’ll just toss it.” Now this will be handled by eBay.
