The cancellation was easy to request and I noticed I'd ordered the wrong disk fairly quickly so cancellation could happen before dispatch. Seller communication was good and I was kept up to date on the cancellation, funds were refunded on the day. I did buy another disk, the one I wanted and that works well, was good value and in good condition. Great seller on both the cancellation and replacement purchase.
