When I got my item from UPS, the shipping box and the product itself was beaten up. Graphic box was dented and warped. It was packaged with bubble wrap and newspapers, but needed an extra box for protection. It’s a shame considering how expensive it was that it had minimum protection, but it is what it is.S.H. If you buy from them, make SURE all your questions are answered/you have pics showing you what you want to see. Shipping price was great, time, not as much.
