The purchasing process was relatively straightforward, the shipping was faster-than-expected, and the shoes arrived in great condition, well-packaged. The quality is better-than expected, the shoes are put together very well, I like the extra parts included, and they look really great. For the price-point I bought them at, the value is excellent.
