However, the wrenches have a very small amount of barely noticeable rust on a small part of the outside of the wrench head. The rest of the finish and action are perfect. They may have been stored in an open warehouse before the seller got them. I am less fond of the Armstrong version of the paint. Seller used a minimum of packing. This Sellers prices O.K., most other eBay sellers make Lowes a better option.
