My request for advice or documentation on how to fit them was completely ignored. After a few frustrating days of experimenting I worked it out myself and the T-racer is finally working again. Good product, completely unhelpful seller.

When it arrived although packaged well managed to get cracked I’m guessing in transit. I took a picture and requested a return which came immediately. I dropped it off at the post office and my refund came the next day without quibble …so I am happy to say a good company to deal with even though my product was damaged in transit
