But I didn’t realize what size I needed and sadly the harness is too big for my horse. So hopefully the return process is just as easy. So do not get this full size harness if you have a 14 hand horse. Definitely for at least a 15 hand horse…

They were quick at responses and had the saddle ready for shipment about the same time I pushed the purchase button. There is black rubbing on the back corner, that I think happened in transit cause the box was pretty bet up. The saddle otherwise is in great shape (brand new) and I think will be be perfect for us.
