    I have heard good things about this printer and belive it is good. But I haven't been able to produce a good print which is normal for when you first get a printer because you need to do some tinkering, but the printer broke down. Not due to the tinkering(non electrical parts was messed with), but now the power supply only works and not the control box. I am currently talking with customer service. They have been great. Product control is trash though. Would still recommend just may have problem

    Started out really good but days after I got it the printer had failure after failure and wouldn't home correctly and several times the print head rammed straight into the bed and bent integral parts. So ol then sent me three new parts and after I installed them the problem with the head driving into the bed was still there. Haven't been able to get a successful print in weeks. I wish I never bought this turd.
