But I haven't been able to produce a good print which is normal for when you first get a printer because you need to do some tinkering, but the printer broke down. Not due to the tinkering(non electrical parts was messed with), but now the power supply only works and not the control box. I am currently talking with customer service. They have been great. Product control is trash though. Would still recommend just may have problem

When I reached out, the seller was very responsive and worked to get the package shipped, but it did arrive 10 days late. Beyond that, the value is high for what you get. The Ender 3 v2 Neo I ordered needed a bit of work but is now printing very well. The printer looked slightly used but was in otherwise good shape. Minor cleaning and setup got it printing well.
