I was disappointed cups did not have lids but the seller clearly pointed out that fact in description. My only concern was that despite the free shipping the tower of cups were so tightly wrappped they were very difficult to open. Several cups were bent/torn as well after being crushed in its travel. Cups needed to be enclosed in a box but overall this was a positive experience.

There was a problem with the Postal Service loosing my order, but after contacting the seller, it was resent and I received it within a couple of days. Seller is very easy to work with. Thank You.
