Shipping took awhile but not too long, seller showed professionallism and assured me of good customer service. Overall really happy with the purchase, will probably buy from them again in the future!

However, the seller was very friendly, and in the end, he sent it nicely secured without any additional charges. He also agreed to sell the item at a small discount to help me avoid a higher tariff tax. Overall, I can recommend this seller. The item is in brand new condition exactly as described! The product is from Bandai so, of course the quality is good. My only gripe is that the item packaging was slightly dented and a small peace broke from the sprue because the seller took the product’s packaging and bubble wrapped it. I wish the seller used an outer box to ship the item in for better protection!
