One issue on my first use is that when the bag is full it topples over. Going to try putting shoes and heavier items at the bottom to see if that helps - perhaps could put more strengthening at the base. Overall, decent value. Gave 4 star instead of 5 because of the tipping over.

For the money and to ensure it’s allowed as the 10kg carryon then it’s perfect!

Item was in excellent condition, good quality and good value . I contacted Bag Magic who were very helpful in organising the return and providing instructions on what to do. They offered either a refund or to send the correct colour. As I needed the case for going away, I bought a different bag and requested a refund. They admitted they'd not read it, however the message bit serves a purpose for customers and is important, therefore going forwards i hope they remember to check messages for others. Good value hopefully will hold out to the rigorous of airline travel Clear communication from company however badly let down by Evri as bag arrived 4 days after we left for holidays!!!
