The description was not an exact match to the guitar I received likely due to some confusion regarding the documentation provided by the manufacturer. Butler was very responsive and offered to cover the return shipping costs. I let them know the missing features were not a deal killer for me and they sent me a pack of my favorite strings and some other accessories to make up for the inconvenience. Really good experience.
