The item was not technically factory sealed as the tape on the outbox was sliced open, but that was not an issue at all as nothing is missing or damaged and the item appears new in the origional box as described. (I presume it was opened to ensure item quality upon listing/selling.) Overall, I had an excellent experience with this seller and would definitely order from them again!

My package shipped immediately, and arrived extremely quickly, all the way from Japan to America in just three days. The box was packaged well and safely and arrived in great and new condition. It also came with a note and a cute gift of a paper crane.

The listing stated that postage was free, and I had already paid a lot for the item itself. However, the seller was very friendly, and in the end, he sent it nicely secured without any additional charges. He also agreed to sell the item at a small discount to help me avoid a higher tariff tax. Overall, I can recommend this seller. The item is in brand new condition exactly as described! The product is from Bandai so, of course the quality is good. My only gripe is that the item packaging was slightly dented and a small peace broke from the sprue because the seller took the product’s packaging and bubble wrapped it. I wish the seller used an outer box to ship the item in for better protection!
