After close inspection I noticed a scuff on the music box but this was after we had settled, so I didn't want to deal with the hassle again. The positive review is for the fast shipping, good packaging, free photocard and quick reply from seller and willingness to solve the issue. I just hope next time they are careful when packing orders, it was disappointing not finding the bracelet.

The item is in brand new condition exactly as described! The product is from Bandai so, of course the quality is good. My only gripe is that the item packaging was slightly dented and a small peace broke from the sprue because the seller took the product’s packaging and bubble wrapped it. I wish the seller used an outer box to ship the item in for better protection!
