    Shipped poorly, came with three broken pieces and it would not function, company tried to do a return outside eBay over the phone. Once they received the return then try to give partial refund because I shipped it back poor. I shipped it in two new heavy duty boxes with thick base and it was dry when they received it. I got it looking like it to a dip in a lake and a truck ran over it, it did have plenty of packing peanuts . I see why their rating is so low.

    The item was in exactly the condition described on the listing. It was also shipped out very promptly and arrived well packed. I would have liked to see the track length listed in the description as this can vary, but for the value of the item overall it was worth the buy regardless.
