Little work for me to do out of the box. Im not sure if every box will be the same since they are used printers, but i was super happy to see that mine came with things that i would expect to come with a brand new printer like the pla creality samples, basic tools that im sure were never used and the usb sd card adapter. 40+ print hours later and no issues to report that were not user error

When I reached out, the seller was very responsive and worked to get the package shipped, but it did arrive 10 days late. Beyond that, the value is high for what you get. The Ender 3 v2 Neo I ordered needed a bit of work but is now printing very well. The printer looked slightly used but was in otherwise good shape. Minor cleaning and setup got it printing well. I would purchase from this seller again.

The items were advertised as returned items and may be missing parts. When opening the boxes, they were far from incomplete. There was extra hardware included and all the essential parts were there.
