I understand mistakes happen but their lack of communication and me being blocked is the reason for the negative review.... Asked for photo's, but the next day sent a complaint to ebay, he wanted me to respond within 24 hrs,.. which I could not. It took me 2 days for me to respond.with more information. Still waiting for ebay to settle. I really just want the correct item.
