I requested for a refund but seller offered to send me a replacement piece within next few days. However after one week still no updates I had to chased him and then he casually mentioned that he would just provide a refund instead. No issues with my refund though. Seller is not reliable; I would not recommend buying from them.

Aber der Karton war total verbeult, das Produkt nahm aber keinen Schaden und das Lieferunternehmen schrieb,, dass sie da gewesen seien und niemanden antrafen und es ausgelieftert hätten, was klsr gelogen war, weil sie es am ende (5 Tage später) in den postkasten warfen. The seller responded to my refund request promptly and offered me a touch under half the price as a refund and left the items with me.
