Guess it didn't actually ship!!! Slow as hell!!!! Horrible customer service. Reached out to seller and he responded but nothing was his fault all was mine. Not sure how that works?! Site stated shipped UPS when "supposedly" it was sent like a letter through the mail. Why would you send something that should remain flat through the mail stream which is processed by automation? The item is not even due to arrive and he was harassing me immediately and cursing telling me how to run my business. I said the item was shipped and after several more harassing emails from him I decided to just refund the item and give it to him for free so that I wouldn't have to deal with him any further. I filed a case against him on Ebay for the harassing emails and blocked him from any future purchases.

I contacted the seller when I hadn't received it and he asked me to give it a little more time and if I still didn't receive it, he would refund me. USPS showed it as delivered on 6/10 but it showed up on 6/17. Seller was quick to communicate and understanding.
