The seller is very polite and willing to help, there was no tracking for us to check where the product was. USA postal mail can be expensive, so I empathize with seller. Seller does Very Good Quality etching on the well made tags affordably. I Would buy again from this Seller because he did the job, wasn't his fault for the Post Office mistake. Thanks much!

But the seller was very responsive to my concerns and promised to resolve any issues I had if item didn't arrive. Luckily the collar did arrive after awhile and was exactly as described.
