I took a picture of the package and contents and contacted the seller. Seller said they would ship another out but i haven't received another bottle cooler or a reply to my request for shipping confirmation. If Seller can't ship he owes me a refund.

I notice this abnormality of absent communication now which is a strange and immature type of abnormal behavior amongst sellers on Ebay; Which has unfortunately increased over the last several years.
