Once they arrived my youngest daughter decided she loved it so much she wanted another one just for herself to set on while reading books. So we purchased a third. Shipping was super fast . Communication was excellent. Product is amazing ! Thanks so much!

THE PROBLEM IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME WAS TO BE 3-4 days. They provided a tracking number in a day then never gave it to the shipper for 9 days. When I commented that the post office status was they were still waiting for it. They claimed it was an error with the shipper and to give it a few more days, then miraculously the next day the shipper had the item.
