    No problem with seller he was great. Problem was with FedEx. Item was damaged during shipping and never made here. did not notify seller that it was going back. I tracked it down and let him know what was going on the best I could . He always responded back to me and refunded me. I just hope it made it back to him and FedEx compensated him

    The original order was not shipped correctly, and I received the wrong item. I returned the wrong item and this seller provided the correct item. This was very good service from the seller. The item is high quality, and arrived in excellent condition. It looks beautiful, and I would do business with this seller again if they have other products I would like to buy. This wasn't the cheapest backdrop I could have bought, but it provides a great value for the price.
