I contacted the seller 3 times and did not receive a response to any of my messages. Item was shipped in a timely manner; however receipt of item was very late. USPS sent the item from Hollywood, FL, to Aurora, CO, to Seattle, WA, to Doral, FL, to Miami FL where it appears to have stayed for 11 days, when on the 12th day it finally cleared customs. Each earring was individually wrapped in tissue paper as well as wrapped together, boxed & then in a mailer. They shipped quickly & arrived in perfect condition. They are as described/pictured. Beautiful. Great value for the price.

I’m happy that the seller had return policy. It arrived quickly with secured packaging. It came with a pretty box which I appreciate that from the seller. The design and value were very good.
