The elastic strap is NOT the best idea for keeping the case closed. It's nice that it swivels 360 degrees, but POOR in that there is NO quick and secure means of locking it into place for either landscape or portrait viewing in the case. It's NOT leather, but "pleather" or synthetic leather over cardboard. FAST shipping! Like I said, it's protection for a tablet.

Needless to say I left a message explaining what happened and I received a message stating that it was another being sent to the proper address with the tracking number with no questions asked. Order from this store they have excellent customer service and responded back to me within 24hrs, trust me you won't regret it.
