Eventually got the item not a good experience

The shipping of the product however leaves a lot to be desired ! The complete wheel & shaft was inside a box without any packing materials at all. Consequently the wheel and the winding handle had punctured the box in several places and had almost 'escaped' ! The package was so distressed that the delivery driver was ashamed of its condition,explaining that it arrived at her depot in that state. Poor packaging too, but somehow arrived in one piece
