Day2: he responded he had it and provided a link. He made sure it shipped that day. Day4: part as described arrived via standard USPS intact and well wrapped. It worked. Would buy from Randy again.

So many nice parts on it, for so little. Even the VFD would cost more than the total I paid. Plus excellent communication with tracking number disclosed before even box got to USPS monkeys. Nice fellow amateur radio operator, too. Thanks a bunch!

I must say the cost of shipping wasn't pricey either. The unit is near mint condition, also it was well described thoroughly on the listing which is very rare to a point describing the history of the radio and the manufacturer. I would buy from this buyer again! Thank you much for the item, I'm still learning the ins and outs of this CR-1A.
