In other cases, dirty pages, creases and ink marks on books described as 'very good'. The problem appears to be that WOB collects books from private sellers (for example, student text books) and allows the seller to judge the quality of the book. This frequently is an over-estimate and left to the buyer to get corrected or to get a refund. Hence, buyer beware!

It was a couple of days later than promised but I think this was a PO problem rather than the seller. A good price and as described. When the seller was contacted as the book had not arrived they immediately replied - could not fault. Would use this seller again.

Comms are excellent and they respond quickly and make a real effort to resolve issues. Pricing is good and descriptions accurate and fair. Postage is free so there won't be any extra packing but I've never had a problem with items damaged in transit.
