  There was a delay in shipping. The seller kept in communication. However, the original shipping delay happened as a result of weather but yet another shipping delay resulted. I ultimately received my silver Brisk spark plugs. I don’t know the exact nature of the second shipping delay but it was lengthy and my 2/5 stars are a fair assessment of that delay. Perhaps in the future the seller can and will stay in constant communication and be more forthcoming.

  LFP provided great customer service and communication. Bassani was extremely slow to ship the item which was out of LFPs hands. Anytime I reached out they were very responsive and checked with Bassani for ETA. It took 7 weeks roughly to get the exhaust. It showed up last night finally, opened it up and it was missing clamps right out of the box. Bassani needs to include the required 6 clamps. NOT just 4. If you get this exhaust order two 2.5 clamps from Amazon before hand.

  Item was as described, paid less than any other seller I could find. Shipping was delayed due manufacturing delay. Communication concerning the delay should have been proactively handles by the seller. Regardless toy inquiries about shipping and delivery were timely. Do recommend.
