They sent a shipment tracking number that was never sent out & held my money hostage for 3 weeks (and sent canned respones to me telling me to be patient whenever I reached out). I had to open a report, then eventually had to contact the eBay team for a refund. They were helpful. I've never had an issue on this platform for 20+ years. Avoid this seller.

Package was delayed ( by bad weather) and then misplaced at PO( placed in wrong box #) but I contacted the seller and they responded quickly and I got my item today. This seller went the extra mile and I would highly recommend them and will shop here again. I also want to say the price for this complete hard to find item was way below most of the other listings. Condition was good as stated, and although I've only watched the first disc it's quality is good. It had been replaced by a CD-R. I immediately alerted World of Books USA regarding the problem and an officer of the company responded within 24 hours. They have provided a full refund of the purchase. Great customer service and communication. The case was resolved to my satisfaction. Will continue to do business with World of Books USA. Thanks.
