    I only have good things to say about this seller. Maybe the descriptive text has discrepancies (not this one but others I've noticed), but the customer service is really good. I made an offer for this pen, got accepted right away, asked for combined shipping with the one I made a bid for. The seller had already shipped my other one without realizing but did not charge me again for shipping. Immediately informed me. The pen came in a plastic slip and a case. New and extremely as described.

    I was excited to finally get this fountain pen as this seller had a lower cost than the retail price however I did end up paying tariff fees to UPS although the seller advertised there would be no additional fees charged. They really should remove their “no additional fees” language in their listing as it’s not accurate. Once shipped I did receive the item in a few days. Everything else was perfect as the pen is beautiful in perfect condition. It came in a velvet lined wooden box as expected.
