The seller responded very quickly to a problem that arose with my parcel getting delivered to the wrong address. This was a courier fault and not the seller's.     Item arrived on time and was new and sealed as listed. Packaging was great. Issue was with tracking. Given a tracking number days ago yet no updates at all, even after item had been delivered. Seems the seller is HMV or affiliated which is fine as at least you know it will Moore than likely arrive. Will buy from again but not rely on tracking only dates.
