I don’t think any shipper can mess it up. The item as described and shipping was fast . The value of the item is way beyond money I paid . The professionalism was off the roof . It was packaged well, but the post office here mishandles our packages, and perhaps it didn't stand a chance. The seller immediately issued a refund when we sent them an email and a picture of the broken skillet, and they also sent a nice note. They even refunded the shipping, going above and beyond our expectations!
