The item arrived exactly as described in the listing - well-packaged in a box, and it was delivered promptly. The items inside the box were in pristine condition. What stood out was the attention to detail in the listing and the care taken with shipping. Excellent value for the price without the premium tag. It’s clear they value customer satisfaction. I’d definitely buy from them again.

They said they were 'checked offsite', which is even worse if both they and an external part missed that it doesn't run. I've had it looked at it's broken, not just needing a new battery. Description said it had box and papers when it didn't, they said this was because they used 'AI', but obviously didn't read what it had generated. They've offered a refund, so that bit is good at least.
