I am very satisfied with the seller and the experience, however I do have one suggestion. The item was sent in a simple mailer pack, not a box, and although it arrived safe, I do think that for figures packaging in a box may be better. In point of fact I have only had two things arrive damaged, and they were both in boxes. I think USPS may actually take better care with padded mailers, especially when clearly marked fragile. I appreciate your thoughtful feedback!
