Synopsis
Since the work of E.P. Sanders, most modern approaches to this topic have been focused on social or sociological aspects of the issue (particularly in relation to Paul's mission to the Gentiles), but the last few years have seen an increasing willingness to open up questions seemingly 'settled' in the New Perspective, and a renewed desire to examine the structures of theology concerning grace and human action both in Paul and in his contemporary Judaism. It seems now worthwhile to examine to what extent there was an internal debate within Judaism about divine grace and its relation to human agency, and whether this debate could or did spawn various more or less radical solutions. The aim of this volume is to re-examine Paul within contemporary Jewish debate on this topic, attuned to the significant theological issues he raises without imposing upon him the frameworks developed in later Christian thought., The aim of this volume is to re-examine Paul within contemporary Jewish debate on the topic of divine grace and its relation to human agency., Divine and Human Agency in Paul and his Cultural Environment examines to what extent there was an internal debate within Judaism about divine grace and its relation to human agency, and whether this debate could or did spawn various more or less radical solutions. - g***g (63)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Últimos 6 mesesCompra verificadaThis is such a fantastic seller. Unfortunately the product arrived damaged, but due to no fault of the seller, as it appears the carrier did not handle the package safely. When I reached out to the seller, they responded quickly and handled the issue and refund gracefully. I will most definitely do business again with this seller and highly recommend them. Apart from this minor issue, the overall transaction was great. Again, very responsive, great value, and shipped quickly. 10/10!

Shipping was perfect and the watch is a great value for the cost. However, the watch as received did not tick/function and will need a thorough service and oiling. The seller gracefully agreed to cover this cost in full! The Seller was incrediby responsive and flexible in this regard. The Seller is highly recommended as a eBay seller; A++++; I will buy again. Thank you for a perfect transaction! ClausVintage Rare Bradley Mickey Mouse "Animated" Nodding Head Watch - Running (#388462565084)
