Response time is immaculate. Very very responsive when you have questions turn around time on Forge time was on time with highly recommend the seller  had a couple videos, but it would not let me upload them. It did have some slight damage to the hilt presumably from transit. I was able to straighten out slight bend significantly. Still slight damage but you would need to look close to see. I am satisfied with the seller and the product. I would recommend the seller and for sure will be looking to make another transaction with the seller in the future.
