The item was returned to the seller via long steps. Lodged a complaint to the relative delivery office but without a result after long investigation. Contacted seller customer service for help. Heidi provided premium service to resolve the case by full refund based on my evidence proving the non-receipt of the item. Thanks again to Heidi.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer/ Kundendienst war sehr gut, mir wurde innerhalb von unter 24h geantwortet und auch die Fragen welche ich hatte auch beantwortet. Hatte jedenfalls nicht das Gefühl mit einer sogenannten KI zu schreiben. Ich bin zu Frieden, vielleicht hol ich mir da noch ein fahrbaren Untersatz.
