We would’ve kept the ball even with the error, however the flat basketball was useless. I had to have multiple messages with the seller to get a return mailing slip and refund. Then I didn’t get a full refund, it was $2 short the original price. How I give a neutral review, because I was at least able to get a refund. I was worried I wouldn’t get anything!

The seller then told me to use the product, which I thought I would be getting a refund without having to send it back, but sent a return later. Very poor communication and misleading. I asked to compensate for my time and inconvenience having to send the ball back and dropping it off USPS, but seller does not give a straight answer. Stay away
