Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer/ Kundendienst war sehr gut, mir wurde innerhalb von unter 24h geantwortet und auch die Fragen welche ich hatte auch beantwortet. Hatte jedenfalls nicht das Gefühl mit einer sogenannten KI zu schreiben. Ich bin zu Frieden, vielleicht hol ich mir da noch ein fahrbaren Untersatz.

I did however have a issue with the rear motor a week or two into riding it would lose power and had bad vibrations.
