They sent me photos of the actual guitar before shipping it to me. I wouldn't hesitate to order another acoustic from them. Took about 5 days to travel from LAX to east coast. Less than three weeks total transit time. Guitar packed very well in form fitted styrofoam case, inside a cardboard box. No damage to the guitar. I thought about buying a kit and assembling and finishing myself however, there is no way I could have done as good a job as they did. Money well spent! Very pleased!!
