Tracking was not provided till a month later because seller claimed they had to do some internal processing. A week after that there was no update from the courier that the packages were ever picked up. Filed a itemed not arrived report and seller claimed that the packages were lost. All my packages at the same time? Yeah right! People like this should not be able to sell.
